For Caregivers & Job Seekers

Applying, pay, training & travel

How do I apply?

Use Full Apply to enter your information and upload your credentials directly for the quickest process — or share your basic details and email your documentation to our staffing coordinator, Tonya, to finish up. Either way, a real person follows up.

What do I need before my first shift?

A current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross), TB test results and other required medical documentation, and a resume on file.

Do you provide training?

Yes. Staying compliant means keeping up with trainings like OSHA and dementia care — we cover the cost and deliver it all through an easy-to-use online platform, free of charge to our staff, so you can complete it at your own pace.

How much does the job pay?

We're proud to offer leading industry pay. Exact rates vary by state now that we serve five states, so reach out and we'll walk you through current pay for your area and role.

Is housing provided for travel assignments?

Housing is provided at most locations for travel assignments. Location, schedule, and assignment length are laid out before you accept, and your recruiter reviews housing and per diem details with you directly.

Can I manage my schedule from my phone?

Yes — our mobile app (iOS & Android) lets you track and submit your time and check your profile and documents from anywhere. You'll also get notifications for available PRN shifts and contracts, so you can tap to let your staffing coordinator know you're interested.

Is there a job board I can browse?

We don't run a public, self-service job board — our openings shift quickly across five states, so the fastest way to see what's available is to apply directly. A staffing coordinator will match you to real openings that fit your skills, location, and schedule.

What roles do you place?

CNA, CMA, LPN, and RN professionals — both local shifts and travel assignments — across North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
