Tonya Pogue is a dedicated healthcare professional and Staffing Coordinator with more than 18 years of experience in healthcare operations, staffing, human resources, and workforce management. She began her healthcare career after earning a degree in Emergency Medical Services and becoming a Licensed Paramedic in 2004.

Tonya Pogue is a dedicated healthcare professional and Staffing Coordinator with more than 18 years of experience in healthcare operations, staffing, human resources, and workforce management. She began her healthcare career after earning a degree in Emergency Medical Services and becoming a Licensed Paramedic in 2004.

Throughout her career, Tonya has worked in both direct patient care and administrative roles, giving her a unique understanding of the healthcare industry from multiple perspectives. In addition to working in the field as a paramedic, she had the opportunity to serve as a Paramedic for the University of Texas Longhorns, creating some of her most cherished professional and family memories. Since 2007, she has built extensive experience in healthcare staffing and human resources and is passionate about connecting healthcare professionals with opportunities where they can make a meaningful impact.

Originally from Texas, Tonya relocated to Fargo, North Dakota, in 2023 with her mother and six-year-old grandson after one of her daughters moved to the area. She has embraced life in North Dakota and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family in every season. Her commitment to helping others, combined with her extensive healthcare experience, continues to drive her dedication to the communities she serves.
